RSL Care RDNS Limited (Bolton Clarke) will cover up to $5,000 of relocation fees, payable directly to the supplier, on the first two (2) contracts entered into for the sale of apartments at Callisto Place between the period 12 November 2023 and 31 January 2024 (the Promotion), for attendees of the Essendon Retirement Living Expo held on 12 and 13 November 2023. Attendees must reserve an apartment at Callisto Place between 12 November 2023 and 30 November 2023. The terms and conditions of the Promotion are strictly as follows:

1. The Promotion is available only on new contracts entered into between 12 November and 31 January 2024 (the Promotional Period).
2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not available for any contracts entered into outside the Promotional Period.
3. The Promotion is only valid on unconditional contracts entered into within the Promotional Period. Contracts that are subject
   to a precondition of settlement (i.e. sale of residents house), will not be eligible for the Promotion.
4. Only the first two (2) contracts for the purchase of an apartment at Callisto Place during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion.
5. Expenses for only one (1) relocation is available on the contract entered into by the Resident/s.
6. Eligible Incoming Residents will have up to the value of $5,000 of their relocation fees paid for their move to Callisto Place upon settlement.
7. The Promotion is exclusive to apartments sold at Callisto Place and not available at any other Bolton Clarke Retirement Village.
8. Bolton Clarke reserves the right to extend or cancel the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
9. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable by the Resident.
