Terms and Conditions
RSL Care RDNS Limited (Bolton Clarke) will provide a $5,000 Flight Centre Gift Voucher on the first ten (10) contracts entered into for the sale
of apartments at Callisto Place between the period 1 June  2023 and 31 August 2023 (the Promotion). The terms and conditions of the Promotion are strictly as follows:

1. The Promotion is available only on new contracts entered into between 1 June 2023 and  31 August 2023 (the Promotional Period).
2. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion is not available for any contracts entered into outside the Promotional Period.
3. The Promotion is only valid on unconditional contracts entered into within the Promotional Period. Contracts that are subject
   to a precondition of settlement (i.e. sale of residents house), will not be eligible for the Promotion.
4. Only the first ten (10) contracts for the purchase of an apartment at Callisto Place during the Promotional Period will be eligible for the Promotion.
5. Only one (1) Gift Voucher is available on the contract entered into by the Resident/s.
6. Eligible Incoming Residents will receive a Flight Centre Gift Voucher to the value of $5,000 (the Gift Voucher) on the later of the date
   that the resident (a) delivers a signed unconditional contract to Bolton Clarke or (b) pays the $10,000 deposit in full.
7. The Gift Voucher will be valid for a period of 12 months from issue. Flight Centre may impose additional terms and conditions on the Gift Voucher. The Resident will be solely responsible for ensuring compliance with the Flight Centre terms.
8. If the Contract is cancelled by the Resident for any reason prior to settlement of the contract, the full value of the Gift Voucher ($5,000)
   will be deducted from the deposit amount held by or on behalf of Bolton Clarke.
9. The Promotion is exclusive to apartments sold at Callisto Place and not available at any other Bolton Clarke Retirement Village.
10. Bolton Clarke reserves the right to extend or cancel the Promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice.
11. The Promotion is not valid in conjunction with any other offer and is not transferable by the Resident.
